COMMENTS ON "DREAM CATCHER."
An exceptional cruise veteran that just spent one year of
extended cruise in Mexico. It is a fine example of the popular
center cockpit cruiser of which there were over 400 built. The KP 44
is arguably one of the best values for the price that is available
anywhere. She is a fast sailing, comfortable, but capable offshore
cruising cutter rigged yacht. The designer, Doug Petersen, who is
known worldwide for his racing designs, not to mention the recent
designs that have sent the ALD MUG to the Kiwi's, has provided a
cruising yacht with modern concept that after 25 years of proven
cruising still remains a cruising classic. This design also
emphasizes the ability to sail comfortably and safely to a
destination regardless of the wind direction, yet has good handling
characteristics and is sea kindly.
The " DREAM CATCHER" has had many recent upgrades that make her a
strong consideration for any cruiser with long range visions. The
yacht is clean and blister free, all systems are working, and she is
really ready to go with just provisioning. Call for a showing
appointment now. Check this one out, it's a winner. The sellers are
anxious to get back to the working world after a refreshing 2.5 year
experience. Bring in all reasonable offers.
